Happy New Year! I can’t believe it’s already 2018!
Let’s review July-December 2017!
My family and I took a trip to Chicago, which was super pretty!
I did a little bit of room re-decorating, which Zelda seemed to like!
We celebrated my mom’s birthday.
And then I began college!
My first day of classes fell on the day of the solar eclipse (August 21st).
I began working on my first two college art projects!
I learned that it’s super easy to mishear my name (thank you, Starbucks man).
My cat got some fun new toys!
I spent some time in nature in September.
I geared up for Halloween with a “trick or treat” banner and some new lights in my room!
Spooky season begins! My favorite time of the year finally came around.
I got some fun (children’s) fake nails to celebrate.
I made my cat my lucky charm for Friday the 13th.
We had a bonfire.
I had an impromptu mini photoshoot…
We painted pumpkins.
I finished my tiny house tiny paper model.
Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp came out!
Noah and I were casual Peter and Wendy for Halloween.
I did a lot of working on art projects in November. Here’s my “hide the box” nightmare project.
I also finished my wearable art project.
Thanksgiving completely snuck up on me this year.
We set up our Christmas tree, which Zelda really enjoyed.
I completed my final project for one of my classes, which was a stop-motion video.
I also began (and later completed) my final project for another class, an artist’s book, which concerned the neighborhood I live in.
My family and I went to a Janet Jackson concert.
I rode a camel?!?!!!!
And Christmas snuck up on me. Zelda really liked playing with this candy cane.
And that was my 2017!
