I recently made a collage in Photoshop, just for fun. I recorded the entire process and wanted to share it with you!

I’ve made collages in the past, but never digitally, so this was a new experience for me. I wanted to mimic the look of cutting pictures out of magazines, so I used the polygonal lasso tool primarily, adding a white stroke around each of the “cutouts.”

I used a variety of free stock photos from Pexels. There were a lot of other images that I downloaded for this collage but didn’t end up using, because I felt like they didn’t fit as well as I would have liked, or they didn’t make sense in the context of the other pictures used.

I wanted this to be a fun, experimental collage that sort of told a story, and I’m very happy with how it turned out. This collage only ended up taking me just over 30 minutes, so I will definitely be creating more in the future!
